Gossip: Is it Ethical?

It is not possible to eliminate gossip in the workplace because it is a social and human behavior. This workshop defines gossip, differentiates between “good” gossip and “bad gossip”, emphasizes the power and impact of our words and explores the many causes of gossip. It also offers suggestions to disengage from bad gossip as well as how targets of gossip can respond in intentional and appropriate ways.
