Legislative Update: Colorado Sales and Use Tax

Join Bruce Nelson for a Colorado legislative update. This year’s Colorado legislative session ends on May 3, 2019, and the legislature has already introduced several tax bills that if passed will significantly impact your tax practice or industry. Some of the bills are responses to the new changes by the Department of Revenue on sourcing sales for sales tax purposes and the Wayfair case handed down last June by the United States Supreme Court. Some of the proposed legislation simplifies Colorado’s sales and income tax structure, some does not.
