It is a job seekers market! Because of severe staff shortages it is imperative that organizations know the fundamentals of a recruiting strategy that meets its staffing needs with high quality employees. This workshop includes identifying recruitment strategies and provides an overview of preparing, conducting and evaluating the employment interview. It also includes a segment on the Ethics involved in the Employment Process.
