You are seeing this error because the link you clicked on in the email we sent you has either expired or is no longer valid because it’s already been clicked on.

The next step is to request a login link again and ensure you are clicking on the link in the email that comes as a result of that most recent request.

If you are certain that you did not yet click on the link in the email, and you are clicking on the link within 5 minutes of your request, and you are still seeing this error screen, there may be an issue with your corporate IT email firewall settings. In this case, please ask your IT team to visit COCPA.org/whitelist for instructions on how to “whitelist” the login emails we are sending to you which will allow them to arrive in your inbox AND allow the login link to work.
