Accounting Educators Conference Planning Committee
This group focuses on attracting qualified students into the accounting profession and enhancing the quality of accounting education in Colorado. Activities include hosting an annual conference for educators; sponsoring an annual Accounting Interview Day for students with CPA firms, organizations, and other employers; participation in career fairs and on-campus activities; and continued outreach to Colorado and Wyoming colleges and universities.

Governmental Issues Forum
This forum provides guidance on current implementation issues and legislative matters; maintains liaison with the governmental financial community and practitioners; responds to exposure drafts from GASB, AICPA, and OMB; works on governmental standards overload; and on a confidential basis, reviews governmental audit reports voluntarily submitted by members for educational review.

Peer Review Committee
The Peer Review Committee administers the AICPA Peer Review program in Colorado and New Mexico. The goal of practice monitoring and the program itself is to promote quality in the accounting and auditing services provided by CPAs and CPA firms.
